At Red Wing Amsterdam, we want to ensure your boots are the perfect fit for your journey; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the soles are unmarked and all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a return authorization and receive your shipping label.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back in their original Red Wing shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Amsterdam

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange pair within 5 to 7 business days.
